By accessing or using the website located at www.warriorupfoundation.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, donors, volunteers, and other users of the Site. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Site.

WARRIORUP Foundation (operating as Vets4Vets, Inc., EIN: 88-3819407, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation incorporated in the State of Wyoming) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: transmitting any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene material; attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems; and using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without prior written consent.

3. Charitable Donations

All donations made through this Site are processed securely via Stripe, Inc. By submitting a donation, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

WARRIORUP Foundation (Vets4Vets, Inc.) is a registered 501(c)(3) public benefit nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated. Tax receipts are issued electronically upon completion of a donation and may be used for IRS reporting purposes.

All donations are considered final. Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of WARRIORUP Foundation and are subject to applicable processing fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software, is the property of WARRIORUP Foundation or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission from WARRIORUP Foundation.

5. Privacy

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.
